2nd Water Pipeline
No one in the village could believe that a water pipeline was being financed to bring fresh water to the village. Pastor Evans told of a women that said, "I can't believe that we will finally have fresh water in the village. I can't believe it! I will have to wait and see if God would bring forth this wonderful blessing."
Well, WVOM is here to tell them, "BELIEVE IT"
